Men's National Soccer Finals

So here we are, end of the CIS Men's soccer season. It's been a long haul, but only one team could make it on top. Sunday was the finals between York and Trinity Western. The game was well fought out by both sides, but in the final minutes of the second half York scored a beautiful goal putting them ahead 1-0.

Overall it was an awesome, but cold game to shoot. Here are some of the shots.

Enjoy.

PS: Some of my photos are being published in the Excalibur (York's Paper). So check out what they are showing if you are in the Toronto area!

Drop Fees

"Students united, will never be defeated! Students united, will never be defeated!!" This was just one of the many chants that filled the streets of downtown Ottawa from the voices thousands of angry students today. They were protesting against the high tuition fees we all have to pay a year to attend college/university.

This event was really something else, so here are some shots!!

Last night in Wawa...

So this is my final post from Wawa, Ontario. I'm heading home tomorrow (sunday the 2nd) and I'm not gonna lie I'm pretty bummed out. This has been the most perfect weekend...everything from the workshop to the weather, even the food, have been spot on - better than I thought!

I just want to thank Rob Stimpson for organizing and running this amazing workshop and to all the people at the lodge who put up with us editing during meals day and night!! Thanks.

I thought I'd leave you all with my favourite photos from this trip. (These are only a few of my personal favourites haha sorry if you think there are too many...so much stuff to choose from!!) Anyways enjoy!!

This is a shot taken around 10:30 pm saturday night of the stars. Left my shutter open for about 30-40 minutes to soak in all that light! Turned out better than I thought it would.

P.S: Prints can be arranged, just send me an e-mail (andrew@lahodynskyj.net) and we can go from there.
